How We Work
- Airstrips: Construct and rehabilitate airstrips Hobyo airstrip catalyzed marine exports and port development.
- Health Infrastructure: Upgrade district hospitals to referral centers Adado Hospital serves thousands across Galmudug.
- Road Networks: Murramed 400+ km of roads across Galkayo, Baidoa, Jowhar, Kismayo, and other districts.
- Bridges: Climate-resilient rehabilitation in flood-prone areas protecting food supply chains in Jowhar and Beledweyne.
- Markets & Storage: Build modern marketplaces with cold storage and women-only spaces in 8 districts.
- Solar Lighting: Installed 570 solar streetlights across Galkayo, Adado, Hudur, Luuq, Dhusamareeb, and Barawe.
- Sector Infrastructure: Build slaughterhouses, fish landing sites, grain silos, and irrigation systems.
- Energy & Enterprise: Deploy Micro-Enterprise Solar Kits to 1,200+ rural traders.
- Skills for Sustainability: Train youth and women in solar installation, maintenance, and cooperative management.
