Institutional and Organizations’ Development
CPD continuously seeks to strengthen the institutional and governance framework of both governmental and non-governmental agencies. This is a core activity aimed at supporting the creation and strengthening of governance systems for both Government Institutions and NGO’s to support delivery of their mandates.
We do this by strengthening defining their mandates, institutionalization of operational systems and procedures (Standard of Operation) in areas like Human Resource, Finance, Community Development Strategies, Monitoring and Evaluation.
CPD has over the years with other partners helped build capacity of;
Governmental Administration and Institutions especially at Regional and District Levels.
Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
